Pulte Homes Proposed Multifamily Housing on Junction Street

The Town of Dover has been contacted by Pulte Homes regarding their intent to build multifamily housing on land acquired at 17-19 Junction Street.

10/25/23: The Conservation Commission met to discuss the Pulte Homes development.

The Conservation Commission voted to approve the wetlands Order of Resource Area Delineation.

9/19/23: The Medfield Select Board met to discuss Pulte's request for Medfield to provide water or sewer to their Dover project.

8/24/2023: An ANRAD application for wetlands delineation has been received by the Conservation Commission.

The public hearing on the application was opened at the Commission’s 9/13/23 meeting.
