Responsibilities

Dover Town Code Description of Responsibilities

There shall be a three-member Cemetery Commission elected on a rotating basis of one member each year for a three-year term. The Commission’s responsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to, the operation of the Highland Cemetery in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) Chapter 114, Sections 22, 23.
