The Dover Police Department encourages residents to submit a Vacation Report Form whenever they will be out of town for an extended period. By sharing your travel dates and key contact information, our Officers can include your home in routine patrols and quickly reach someone if an emergency arises.
What to include on the form:
Dates you will be away
Property address
Names and phone numbers of people who have access to your home (caretakers, relatives, neighbors, etc.)
Alarm company details (if applicable)
Vehicles left on the property
Any special instructions or concerns
Submitting this form helps us provide extra attention to your property and gives you peace of mind while you’re away.
