Leadership Training Program (LTP) - Volunteer Requirements
- Must be a current resident of Dover, MA
- Unpaid, volunteer position
- Must be at least 14 years old by Saturday, June 21, 2025
- Accepted volunteers are initially guaranteed two, week-long sessions* between Monday, June 24th and Thursday, August 1st.
- Daily volunteer service hours are 8:45am to 12:15pm.
- *Those interested in volunteering for more than two, week-long sessions should meet with Nicole (Summer Club Director and Assistant Director of Dover Parks & Rec) after completing their first full session.
- Volunteers who display effort and enjoyment in their position, and who work towards making their participants happy each day, are typically granted additional service hours, whenever space is available!
- PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly recommended for applicants to communicate independently with Nicole! (not parents / guardians)

Completed Leadership Training Program applications should be submitted to Nicole, (Assistant Director of Dover Parks & Rec department) at NWAINWRIGHT@DOVERMA.GOV NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, APRIL 10th at 5:00pm - due to the high volume of applicants, incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
