The Department of Public Works has announced the start of the reconstruction of the Willow Street culvert. To facilitate this project, a full closure of Willow Street is required. The culvert will be replaced with a precast concrete structure to ensure a reliable and safe crossing for many years to come. The project is expected to last approximately three months. The DPW appreciates your cooperation with the detour to complete this important project for the community.
