Ballot Questions
There will be five binding statewide ballot questions on the state election ballot. A ballot question is a proposal presented to voters during an election, asking them to approve or reject a specific change, such as a new law, amendment, or funding initiative. It allows the public to directly decide on important issues affecting their state or local area. The digital version of the 2024 Official Information for Voters booklet has details for each question including text of the proposed law, statements describing the effect of a yes or a no vote, a summary, and a brief argument for and against each question.
