NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Dover, as the Authorized Enforcement Agency, will hold a Public Hearing via the Zoom video conference and telephone platform on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. regarding the adoption of Regulations for Stormwater Management and Erosion Control. The Hearing is being held pursuant to the Town of Dover Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw Chapter 159.
Instructions regarding remote participation will be available on the Board of Selectmen meeting agenda that will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Hearing on the Town of Dover's website www.doverma.gov. A copy of the draft regulations is available at the Board of Selectmen’s Office at the Town House during regular office hours.
