NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION FOR GRANT OF LOCATION
In accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 166, Section 22, you are hereby notified that the Dover Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing via remote participation on the Zoom platform on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM on the NStar Electric Company d/b/a/ Eversource Energy petition to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary wires and cables therein under the following public way or ways:
Fox Run Road – Northwesterly, Approximately 400+/- Northeast of Morningside Drive
Install Approximately 49+/- Feet Conduit at PMH1316
Should you wish to view the Public Hearing, details on how to remotely access the Zoom platform shall be provided on the Board of Selectmen’s March 25, 2025 meeting agenda which shall be posted at https://www.doverma.gov 48 hours prior to the Public Hearing.
