April Break: HIKES + CRAFTS

It's springtime and there's no school, so let's head outside -rain or shine- to explore four different, beautiful local woodland properties!

On each unique trail we will learn about the land, plants and animals that surround us - then we'll make a creative artwork - which can vary from watercolor paintings to nature mandalas, rocks and mineral art to walking stick decoration - each day our project will incorporate the special outdoor space that we've just experienced, with our own imaginations!

Ages: Kindergarten - 5th grade

Led by: Nicole Wainwright, Assistant Director of P&R
