I understand that this is a request to permit a field, park and/or playground under the jurisdiction of the Dover Park and Recreation Commission and in the event that property is damaged, the organization listed above shall be charged the full cost of repair and/or renovation, determined by the Dover Parks and Recreation Commission in consultation with the Director of Parks and Recreation. I further understand that the submission of this request does not guarantee any permit will be approved or issued by the Dover Park and Recreation Commission.
