Volunteer Opportunities
Our summer, Leadership Training Program at Summer Club is a Volunteer Opportunity for Dover resident high school students, ages 14+.
Through this annual program, young adults can gain volunteer service hours and work experience learning about the day-to-day operations of a day camp! Learn tips for working with children, ideas to help in leading activities with your peers, learn about the unique responsibilities of each staff position, and even meet some of our program families to see first-hand how important your service is to our local community!
Our Leadership Training Program's main goal is introducing students to the job market and how we aim to help these future employed people develop lifelong skills that will help them excel in any future job or career, whether or not they choose to serve children and families, or not!
