Applications

Beginning November 17th 2025, all applications and payments will now be submitted through OpenGov, an online permitting and licensing software used by many other communities across the Commonwealth. This change will make it easier to complete forms and submit payments.


Please note that the Board of Health office will no longer accept paper applications after this transition. All applications in the portal are updated with current Board of Health fees and regulations.
